Refund Policy
We promise a 14-day return/exchange, which means you have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return/exchange.
The above time limit is a grace period and is not a fitting/trial period. To qualify for a return/exchange, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.
Damages and Compensation
Please check your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Sale clearance items, custom items (such as special orders or personalized items), and health-related items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. Items marked at the time of sale as having possible defects cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Return/Exchange Shipping Costs
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the system will automatically refund you via the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.
For returns/exchanges, please provide the following information:
- Order name, phone number, and package slip photo;
- Provide actual photos of the received product opened;
- If you are a cash on delivery order, you may also need your bank account name, bank code, branch name, account number in text form, and a photo of your bank book.
