1. Are all the products in this online shopping store genuine?

This online shopping store maintains a strict attitude toward the origin, craftsmanship, and materials of the products, aiming to select the highest quality products for consumers. You can shop with confidence.

2. How are orders from this online shopping store shipped?

This online shopping store selects the best logistics provider based on the customer's location and the size and weight of the product, ensuring an excellent user experience. Currently, the courier cannot be chosen by the customer. Specific shipping information can be viewed in Order Tracking after successfully placing an order. You can also keep the order number and inquire with online customer service to track the shipment in real-time.

3. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Orders will be delivered 3 to 15 days after successful payment, depending on the courier's delivery schedule.

4. Is there a color difference between the actual product and the pictures?

All product photos in this online shopping store are taken from the actual items, and colors are calibrated by designers. However, slight color differences are inevitable due to variations in different computer monitors, lighting, and brightness. Please be cautious if this may be an issue for you.

5. Can I modify the order information after placing an order?

Before confirming checkout, users can modify the delivery information on the order confirmation page, and the result of the modification is based on the actual page prompt.

After confirming checkout, if you want to change the delivery information, please contact online customer service and provide the correct delivery information within 24 hours of placing the order.

Note: As long as you contact customer service within 24 hours and provide the correct delivery information, it will be successfully processed.

After 24 hours, the delivery information cannot be changed as the goods have already entered the warehouse preparation and packaging system. Thank you for your understanding.

6. Return and Exchange Instructions

Customers can apply for a return or exchange online within 14 days of receiving the product. After 14 days, return or exchange requests will not be accepted.

Note: The above time frame is a cooling-off period, not a trial or usage period, so the returned product must be in brand-new condition and in complete packaging.

Beauty products, underwear, and other personal items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

Note: As long as you contact online customer service within 14 days and provide the necessary return/exchange information, your application will be considered successfully processed.

For returns/exchanges, please provide the following information:

  1. Order name, phone number, and a photo of the package slip;
  2. Photos of the product received in unfolded condition;
  3. If your order was cash on delivery, you may also need to provide your bank account name, bank code, branch name, account number in text form, and a photo of your bank passbook.

Note: The customer is responsible for returning the product for any returns/exchanges.

7. Rules for Handling Violating Orders

To protect the legitimate rights of our online shopping store members, if the following malicious order or coupon abuse behaviors are detected (including but not limited to the following):

  • Placing orders using software, technical means, or other methods to obtain goods, coupons, or other benefits;
  • Repeated malicious ordering behaviors.

The user voluntarily agrees to accept one or more of the following actions by our online shopping store for violating orders:

  • Cancel the order;
  • Not ship the order;
  • Intercept and retrieve shipped orders;
  • Suspend or block future purchases on our online shopping store;
  • Other control measures deemed necessary.

Note: For violating orders specified by these rules, if the order is canceled or not shipped, our online shopping store does not offer any compensation or reimbursement.
